Senior Service Desk/Systems Engineer

  • Location: Newcastle
  • Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 + super

Requirements

  • IT Service Desk Experience with a managed service provider (preferred).
  • Strong technical background in Windows server and client operating systems, MS exchange, Office 365
  • Network support, diagnostics and troubleshooting physical and virtual networks (eg. Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate).
  • Hypervisors (Hyper-V or VMWARE) - deployment, support and administration.
  • Cloud Infrastructure and On-Prem Infrastructure experience (bonus)
  • Clear, friendly and professional written and verbal English communication skills essential.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Competent in time management, a
    bility to work under pressure.
  • Experience in customer engagement.
  • High Attention to detail.

Relevant Certifications

  • Microsoft Certifications e.g. MCSA Office 365, Azure
  • CCNA Certification
  • ITIL
