Senior Corporate Secretarial Associate

Your Position

This position will be responsible to provide company secretarial services to our key clients with core areas of responsibility including:

  • Support  the  company  secretarial  team  to  handle  a  wide  range  of  company secretarial  administration professionally including
  1. Overseeing and managing a portfolio of companies
  2. Incorporation and deregistration of companies
  3. Preparation of minutes, resolutions and attending client meetings
  4. Updating and maintaining statutory filings and corporate records
  5. Changing in shareholdings and directorships
  • Provide advisory service to clients on company secretarial matters

  • Handle non statutory matters such as due diligence on clients and opening of bank accounts, etc.
  • Mentoring junior members of the team and providing updates to management
  • Other ad hoc projects

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree/diploma holder in Law / Finance Services / Business Administration or any disciplines
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar company secretarial and governance role
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or qualifications from the Governance Institute of Australia or ICSA
  • Fluent in both English both verbal and written
  • Good practical knowledge of Corporate Governance
  • A good team player, keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
