Admin / Account Assistant

HBC Trading Australia is an international importer, manufacturer, exporter and distributor of specialty and gourmet foods based in Regents Park.


Key Responsibilities:

         Process order, invoice, credit note..

         Chase outstanding payment

         Provide admin support to the other team members (Sales reps)

         Follow up customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements and Skills:

         Accounting background (essential)

         MYOB / Pronto (essential)

         Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

         Attention to detail

         Excellent team player

         Flexible for taking on a variety of tasks

         Can-do attitude

         Excellent time management

         At least one-year similar role
