Administration Officer

Fixed Term 12 month contract with possibility of extension

Hours 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday

Fraser Coast Family Networks (FCFN) is a locally based leading Disability Service Provider in Maryborough and surrounds. We provide direct support services and operate Social Enterprises such as Wilcox Bikes.

The Administration position has been created to support the management team through administrative support and general office management.  Such tasks will include managing office supplies, records maintenance, diary co-ordination, archiving, handling general enquiries, visitor induction, and other administrative duties as required.

We are looking for mature applicants who have solid experience in this field, of 5 years or more. Applicants will have demonstrated experience in the identification of opportunities for improvement and implementation of new procedures. The successful applicant will be able to make decisions with confidence, work autonomously and professionally, and ensure all activities within the office are carried out with privacy and confidentiality at the forefront. Experience in the human services industry is desirable.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Exposure to TRACCS is desirable.

This role is ideal for an experienced office worker looking to return to the workplace, or for someone currently working in a similar role but looking for a roster that is more family friendly. Please note that on this occasion, the position is not a traineeship nor does it fit the remit of an office junior.
