This is not a call centre environment with a cast of thousands but a small intimate team, holding specialist knowledge in providing efficient membership and insurance information to members.
A warm, welcoming and helpful telephone manner and engaging writing style to provide a friendly and professional service to new and existing members
Efficiency in processing membership applications, renewals and changes, making sure that all updates are correctly filed and applied
Ability to acquire and share knowledge on membership benefits and services, membership fees, categories and concessions
A team player that is reliable, responsive and hardworking in making sure the team excels in offering the best service possible
A ready smile, unflappable demeanour and positive attitude will go a long way in this work environment. Your proven experience in membership/customer services will be viewed favourably, and if you have health, insurance or financial services membership experience, all the better.
