Claymore Wines, located in the beautiful Clare Valley, is seeking for a Production & Sales Support Officer to join our dynamic boutique wine enterprise. We are seeking a person who has previous experience in administration and production management with a great eye for detail and highly developed organisational skills.
Main duties include:
Assisting with coordination of bottling logistics to ensure packaging specifications meet business and market expectation.
Vintrace (Inventory Management System) data entry and management including stock transfers, order processing and creating bottled inventory.
Weekly Chain Sales Order processing.
Regular bottled stock takes and reconciliation in Vintrace.
Responsible for the day to day administration tasks of the business, supporting the General Manager in various duties including, but not limited to marketing, trade, and domestic & export order processing.
Strong administration and computer literacy skills in Windows based applications such as Microsoft Excel.
Ability to problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with Vintrace or other inventory-related system highly desirable.
Wine industry experience is highly advantageous.
Possess a high level of organisational skills.
Must have an Australian Drivers licence.
Must have an Australian citizenship/permanent residency or full rights to work and live in Australia without restriction.

The role is a full-time position and can be based either in Prospect, Adelaide or at our Cellar Door in Leasingham, Clare Valley. Remuneration package offered based on applicants experience.
