On-going casual position
People @ Work are currently seeking experienced customer service officers to commence in casual positions within a well recognised Government organisation in a Ballarat based call centre. Extensive training and support will be provided with hours varying between 20-38 hours per week depending on the business needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
Resolving customer enquiries at first contact
Providing information on the organisations services
Processing payments over the phone
Completing administrative transactions, including appointment setting
Responding to incoming customer telephone enquiries and web enquiries
To be considered for this role you will need:
Previous experience in a customer service role
Experience resolving customer enquiries and complaints
Basic IT skills
Experience meeting KPIs and adhering to company policies and procedures
Flexibility to work 20 - 38 hours per week

In return for showcasing these skills, on offer is an on-going and stable position, great working conditions and a starting hourly rate of $28.88 + Super.
Please note that successful applicants will be required to work between 20-38 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You must also be available to work one Saturday per month between the hours of 8:30am and 12:30pm as required by the business.
Training will start 21st September 2020, you must be available for full time training for 2-3 weeks.
