About the role

This is a great opportunity to bring your love of data and reporting to a role which will help identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience. This position will help ensure that we use best practices to manage and maintain the integrity of our customer data.

You will work with a dynamic and friendly customer focussed team to help inform decision making and service improvements.

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or relevant experience in a similar role
  • An advanced user of Excel with SQL skills or experience querying databases and/or using business intelligence and other reporting tools
  • A customer focussed professional with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Be experienced and knowledgeable about best practice data management and reporting practices
  • Are able to extract and interpret data and produce business reports
  • Familiarity with applications such as Tech One (Property and Rating), GIS systems, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBi or similar would be advantageous
