About the Role:
As an Aftersales Assistant for our business, your role is to:
Drive the workload for the department
Manage our client's customer experience from booking, greeting, sales opportunities and explanation of work performed.
You are the face of the department and customer service professional.
Your role is to exceed the customers' expectations at all times, and in turn, they are a customer for life!
Ideally, this role is suited to a candidate that is already performing a Service Advisor role and wishing to take a further step in their career.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage your customers' experience
Manage the daily workload for the department
Maximise all sales and GP opportunities
Maintain records and ensure data quality
Build and maintain a customer base
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a similar role is essential
Top level customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
High level of time management skills is essential
Experience in using dealer management systems
