About the Role
As a Call Centre Advisor, you will interact daily with students, business professionals, suppliers and peers in relation to CPA related queries. This a strong people focused opportunity where the focus is on providing a positive member experience and helping others with their queries.
Attending to inbound calls, face to face interactions and email enquiries which relate to all aspects of CPA Australia membership, services and products
Providing advice, information and solutions to members and non members
Take the time to understand members needs and goals to develop personalized solutions
Engaging with key stakeholders to access correct information and the most appropriate member outcomes
Providing feedback to leaders to continual improve the products and services available
Making recommendations on continuous personal improvement & developmentbased on leader feedback
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in Customer Service or Membership Support.
A willingness and interest in interacting with different personalities
Someone who wants to be apart of a collaborative team
Basic software skills to take notes in our CRM system and make records
