With a focus beyond tax compliance services, we have built an outstanding range of service offerings that covers the entirety of a clients financial and wealth needs, including tax advisory, SMSF management, wealth services and risk/succession advisory.

Our niche service offering is attracting an abundance of referrals and new clients resulting in rapid growth in clients and continued growth in staff.

We use the latest technology and tools to help drives efficiencies and have a paperless office.

We now require an experienced Manager to share in our success and continued growth. 

About the Role:

Reporting to the management team and Director, the core focus of your role will be providing strategies and tax advice to HNW and medical clients, leading staff and client engagements

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of HNW medical clients
  • Reviewing of compliance work 
  • Working across all entities including SMSF
  • Support and development of team members
  • Provide a holistic wealth service to clients 
  • Ensuring complex accounting matters are researched and addressed
  • Support the Director and assist with the strategic direction of the firm
  • Assist with the management and supervision of staff including workflow, review and training
  • Assist with business development activities including drafting proposals and conducting client meetings
  • In addition to adhoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

About You:

  • Well presented, personable, friendly, down to earth and organised person
  • Experience working in a manager role within business services
  • Attention to detail with strong technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Track record of providing compliance to SME & HNW clients
  • Passionate about what you do
  • Committed to making a difference
  • A willingness to learn
  • CA or CPA qualified
