The Role This broad finance role incorporates property administration duties and liaising closely with owners, tenants and landlords. Reporting to the finance manager, your duties will include:-
Administration of bonds, rental agreements and invoices in Console
Accurately uploading BPay information to bank portals and managing all daily transactions
Assist with reconciliations, monthly reporting and audit /compliance requirements
You will be an experienced financial administrator with advanced knowledge of MS Office and Console real estate software. You will have an understanding of the housing or property sector and be able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Your analytical and numerical skills, along with your high attention to detail will ensure success in this role. The preferred candidate will have had exposure to the not for profit sector, ideally within a housing environment.
