A role has become available within our established and busy finance team. Initially starting on a temporary basis, this could turn into a permanent role for the right person.
You will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller. This is a varied role with a range of duties including but not exclusive to:
Accounts Payable - enter, reconcile etc
Process expense reimbursement - candidates
Invoice expense reimbursements
Enter and track travel expenses (CTM), invoice to clients
Prepare reports as required
Weekly NFI and KPI reporting
Weekly Payroll and sales journals
Assist with EOM - account recs, P&L
Bachelors in Accounting
Working towards CPA (desired but not essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt communication styles to support managers and employees within the business
Proficient with the use of Microsoft and Google packages
Ideally we are looking for a candidate who can commence immediately
Eligibility to work in Australia is required for this role.
