We are the peak body for over 100 Community and Neighbourhood Centres located across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia and over 60 affiliate organisations. Over 35,000 visitors come to our Centres each week to connect up with others, learn, and participate in a wide range of services and activities - from tai chi to budgeting, from literacy classes to parenting skills to volunteering. For over 35 years we have been building the strength, capacity and influence of our Community Centres through advocacy, workforce and organisational development.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Office Ninja is a highly valued and key member of the Community Centres SA team, they are the "glue" that holds many of this innovative organisation's day to day administrative and project support functions together. This position is our "front of house" the role is responsible for nurturing positive relationships with our members and stakeholders during every front line phone, email and face to face communication. It is the role that senior project managers go to for that additional behind the scenes project support, knowing that it will be done efficiently and to a high quality. The person in this role is always on the front foot, thinking ahead, anticipating and troubleshooting day to day office functions.
