Our Commercial Finance team is excited to take on a strategic and analytical individual with business partnering experience to partner with our Digital Technology Group at Icon Water.
In this collaborative role, you will own and lead:
Advice on commercial issues (with analysis and evaluation)
Determining options for more efficient processes and activities
Developing business cases and key recommendations
Being a proactive team member by actively building and maintaining relationships with the Digital Technology Group
Assessing commercial implications of risk, practical feasibility, capital and operating cost impacts
Dashboard reporting and determine KPIs to analyse cost drivers
Working with the Management Accounting team to provide insightful narrative for monthly performance and the annual budget cycle

To succeed in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 5 years experience working with an ICT environment, including transformation projects and understanding of risks with software licensing and implementation
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance (or similar), and be a member of CPA or CAANZ
At least 5 years experience working on identifying business opportunities via market identification, industry research, competitor analysis, customer requirements and supplier capability assessment
Proven experience in preparing and presenting complex business issues and information combined with the ability to engage and influence a diverse set of stakeholders
Experience in business report writing and negotiation, including contract negotiation
