We are looking for a natural people leader with experience in complex medium-sized operations managing geographically dispersed teams. The successful candidate will ideally have;
5+ years leading Client Operations team demonstrating exceptional leadership skills,
Experience working with a geographically dispersed workforce
Outstanding employee engagement and customer service skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to manage shifting priorities and understand interdependencies.
Strong change management skills, evidenced by leading teams through significant change
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and as part of a leadership team.
Undergraduate Qualification in Business, Management, Education or related discipline. (preferred)

Please note: A current Victorian Drivers Licence, satisfactory VicRoads Driver History Report, medical and police clearance are essential requirements of this role chosen applicants will need to successfully complete these prior to commencement.
About the Role:
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Provide leadership and support to Mobile Road Safety Camera Operators to optimise performance of teams and team members.
Build, strengthen and promote effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
Plan and monitor performance results against priorities and contract expectations and implement strategies to address variances and meet agreed outcomes and timeframes.
Develop and facilitate training plans to address learning and development needs.
Monitor KPIs to evaluate service delivery and identify opportunities to improve structures and processes.
