We are a one-stop-shop for Towbar, accessory, 4WD/ARB, installs. We seek a permanent part-time Customer Service / Service Advisor Attendant to join our team. Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential. If you're passionate about providing outstanding customer service and are a motor vehicle enthusiast, this job may be perfect for you!
Duties Include, but not limited to:-
- Daily reception duties such as greeting customers, answering phones and emails.
- Providing quotes & merchandise sales
-Use your knowledge of our products and services to provide in-depth information about parts options to customers
-Serving customers and processing invoices/payments
-Scheduling vehicle bookings for accessory fitments
-Providing customers with technical information on installations and warranties
-Liaising with technicians about parts ordering and customer requirements
-Showroom stock maintenance
-Other administration and workshop duties as required

approx 34 hours per week - broken into 4 days mid-week and half day Saturdays
