We are currently searching for a Works Scheduler to support our operations team. 

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a scheduling role with strong understanding of building maintenance and refurbishments.


To be fulfilled in the role you would enjoy helping our departments find the right resources for their scope of works from playground repairs to new builds.  You would be able to work confidently as the go to person that ties each department together.  You would be able to adapt quickly to deploy teams to an emergency water leak or broken window while communicating effectively to the sites. You would be able to multitask and take ownership of the schedule knowing where your trades are at all times and what they need to get the job finished on budget and on time. You are going to build strong relationships with each department and be able to bring innovation to the role always looking for opportunities to improve.


 Our work scope includes -

         Reactive building maintenance

         Refurbishments and new builds <$1mil

         Roof maintenance

         Playground maintenance

If you were successful in the role you would enjoy a base salary of $80k pa + super, phone and fuel, in exchange we would expect a candidate that will -


  • Present for work punctually and well presented
  • Have an understanding of building and maintenance job scopes in order to effectively relay information between trades and clients
  • Have a genuine personality that can connect with clients
  • Organise and purchase materials with focus on building supplier relationships
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure adequate material and equipment for the works
  • Have strong grasp on logistic requirements of mobilising sites effectively
  • Manage work costs and scheduling using job management software Aroflo

Required skills/qualifications:

  • Considerable scheduling experience preferably in a reactive maintenance role
  • Demonstrated leadership experience 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Construction White/Blue card
  • Valid C-Class Manual Drivers Licence
  • Experience with safety documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Desirable qualities:

         HRWL EWP or Forklift

         MR Drivers Licence


It is important to us that you are fit for work you must be able to supply a National Police Clearance and pass a Pre-employment Medical Check including drugs and alcohol to be considered for the position.
