Talent & Performance (People Advisory) at BDO
As part of BDOs wider People Advisory service line, the Talent and Performance team help leaders and organisations continuously develop, adapt and grow to be fit for and thrive in their complex, ambiguous, and volatile environments.

Our T&P team work with organisations and leaders to develop, focus and deploy workforce and leadership strategy, through identifying the systems, processes, incentives, capabilities, leadership and teaming required to deliver sustainable results. Support clients during critical moments, in environments where success is their ability to have dynamic collaboration across multiple stakeholders and ecosystems characterised by uncertainty, ambiguity and high pressure.

As a BDO Graduate
Creating a strong platform from which to launch your career starts on your first day. Foundational Requirements
A tertiary qualification within a relevant discipline
