Jade is a rapidly growing private practice clinic located Liverpool NSW. This is a very exciting opportunity to join and be as part of a growing multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Early Childhood Teachers and Therapy Assistants.

We provide comprehensive and excellent quality health care to all clients ranging from private clients, Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover, third party insurance claims.
The role of the Receptionist/Admin Assistant is to provide support to the practice team through daily duties that help patients and the business operate and develop
smoothly. 

We are seeking a dynamic, friendly and positive person with a CAN DO attitude who would like to join a highly motivated, happy, supportive team that strives for positive
client experiences and the best possible treatment outcomes, every time.


This is a Full-time position commencing as soon as possible. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure Jades operating system diary is up to date in all forms
  • Daily billings processing
  • Maintain inventory, stationery and stock orders
  • Maintain practice presentation and hygienic workplace
  • General reception duties as required 
  • Processing Medicare, NDIS, Workcover and Insurance claims
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation and organisational skills with a very strong attention to detail

To be considered for the above position, essential criteria includes:

  • Proven experience in Medical Centre / Allied health clinic and NDIS processes
  • Mature and professional outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to prioritise, to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • High computer literacy
  • High level of understanding of NDIS services, funding and claims
  • Working with Childrens Check
  • National Police Check
  • An ability to build and manage friendly relationships within a team environment
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
