Noble House Furniture are seeking a motivated, pro-active individual to join their team as a Accounts/Administrator in their Bundall office/showroom.
This role is a pivotal role in the business; providing essential administration and responsible for Accounts duties. This position is working as part of a friendly, close-knit team who love a good laugh and enjoy working in a team!
Book-keeping duties, including bank reconciliations and payroll
Compiling end of month reporting, statements and payroll details
General Administration - answering telephone, typing correspondence, filing/scanning, managing emails and administrative support
Liaising with clients, staff, suppliers and other trades
Skills and Experience required:
Previous accounts experience
Payroll experience preferred
Excellent data entry and numerical skills
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage multiple deadlines
Ability to work in a team or as an individual
High attention to detail
Committed to meeting deadlines
Demonstrated experience using Attach an advantage.
This is a full-time position; Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.00pm with an immediate start.
