This unique role will see you as a primary contact for LSC Commercial Hardware clients, focusing on cost and project timeline management coupled with client liaison to ensure all projects are completed on time and in accordance to the project plans and specifications. We place initiative, problem-solving, passion for learning, and the relentless desire to get the job done at a premium.

Your broad responsibilities will include;

  • Provide support in following up quotations and/or tenders to builders/contractors;
  • Grow the business with existing customers through raising awareness of LSC particularly within the building industry;
  • Provide ongoing sales support to existing customers;
  • Liaise with builders, architects and supervisors to ensure products supplied are consistent with floor plans or schedules;
  • Attend site meetings when required to provide consultation and to promote existing and new hardware;
  • Promote and develop new accounts, whilst providing ongoing sales support.

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years Commercial Hardware Representative experience, which will be gained in a Commercial Hardware business;
  • Superior organizational skills, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail;
  • Broad understanding of and willingness to stay abreast of new techniques in the industry;
  • A positive, professional, and collaborative work style with the ability to adapt to growth and change;
  • Must be able to read, understand and accurately interpret floor plans and specifications;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify, propose, and implement solutions;
  • Excellent customer service skills and pride themselves on building strong customer relationships.
