As NSWs principal revenue management agency, Revenue NSW (RNSW) fairly administers State taxation and revenue for, and on behalf of, the people of NSW. Our revenue management helps to deliver government priorities for a fair, safe and prosperous NSW.
We have a fantastic opportunity to work in a high volume, diverse and fast paced environment where we work together to support our business systems to effectively collect state revenue.
We support flexible working practices with most staff working remotely during this time. We are open to working from any of these home locations: Gosford, Maitland and Lithgow.
As a Business Performance Analyst, you will provide reporting and analysis on performance needs to identify changes, solutions and recommendations that lead to better informed decision making and processes for business improvement.
You will analyse and document business requirements, develop reporting dashboards, and provide insight into performance, financial and risk compliance. You will also partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective communication is delivered to assist in making informed decisions.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in supporting projects with reporting and testing
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse complex information
You must have the ability to put the customer at the heart of all you do, to support innovative performance solutions and work with a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of delivering outcomes for the organisation.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at 97,152 base plus superannuation
