About the Company

Fisher Dowell P/L is a Building Surveying company operating in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We are a well-established company, servicing Melbourne and regional Victoria in all areas of Building Surveying.

The role:

The role is for an Administration Assistant. This is a casual position that will be an average of 24 hours per week until February 2021 (with the possibility to extend). $27.19 per hour.

 

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Typing letters
  • Quoting
  • Invoicing
  • Reception cover/ back up to reception
  • Assisting members of the team when required
  • Various administration duties

 

Skills and Experience:

  • A sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to be able to self-manage and prioritise workloads.
  • 12 months experience in a similar position.
  • Certificate 3 in business or administration will be highly regarded but not essential.
  • Experience in using Quickbooks will be highly regarded but not essential.
