The Botanist Gin
The National Business Manager Coles Liquor Group (CLG) is responsible for providing support to the Commercial Director for all aspects of business development with the Coles Liquor Group (Liquorland, 1st Choice, Vintage Cellars).
The incumbent is responsible for:
preparing and implementing business plans in relation to trading terms, pricing, promotional strategies, national and state-based opportunities, ranging and distribution for CLG
providing information, feedback and field support to BDMs regarding national account activities, plans and increased ranging opportunities for CLG.
ensuring accurate implementation of promotional plans and reports back on competitor activities within CLG.
developing proactive sales strategies that identify opportunities within the market.
maintaining strong relationships within CLG. The incumbent is required to work within predetermined expenditure budgets set against aggressive but achievable sales targets.
ensuring pricing strategies are consistent with brand standards and how it impacts on both channels of the business.
This position reports to the Commercial Director.

Strong verbal and written communication
Alcohol experience preferred but not essential
