McKees is a specialist Local Government, Planning & Environmental Law practice located in Norwest Business Park, Baulkham Hills.
We are a small, dynamic team who require a competent Administrative/Personal Assistant with a mature attitude to join our busy practice. The role is ideal for an energetic self-starter with a professional and bright personality.
You must be proactive, reliable and responsible with a positive and flexible can-do attitude. Microsoft Outlook and Word skills, including being tech savvy generally (i.e. with confidence and experience), 80wpm typing, great telephone and communication skills, an eye for detail, ability to multi-task and work autonomously are a must. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and experience in a law firm will be highly regarded.
Your core responsibilities will include managing the firm diary, dictaphone typing, paralegal support, document management, electronic file management, archiving, arranging office functions, maintaining various registers and providing general administration support to the team.
In this role you will be working closely with every member of the team, so its crucial that you are confident, assertive, professional and that you possess a high level of inter-personal skills.
Salary is negotiable commensurate with experience.
