About the opportunity

We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Corporate Receptionist to join our friendly and energetic team, supporting operations from our Head Office, located in Regents Park, NSW. Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Office Manager this role offers a great opportunity to broaden your experience and further develop your skills of reception and administration activities within Head Office. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to full-time for the right candidate. 

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greet visitors promptly and professionally.
  • Answering main telephone, screen and direct calls accordingly.
  • Respond to all public and customer queries.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, kitchen, and reception area.
  • Maintain daily mail register.
  • Coordinate meetings and organise catering.
  • Ad hoc general administrative and clerical support as well as providing support to the Office Manager. 

About you:

  • Full Australian working rights is essential (Australian Citizenship or Residency).  
  • Minimum 3 years as a corporate receptionist.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support and reception duties.
  • Ability to multi task and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational and computer skills is essential.  

Applicants will be subjected to a National Police Check.
