Admin and office support

We are a well-established, solar wholesale company based in Prestons, seeking a full-time office all-rounder with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our small hard-working team. You will be responsible for managing administration and must be quick to adapt. 

We are offering a full time, permanent position with 2 months probation

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls, giving customers information and pricing on parts
  • Processing and administration of quotes, invoices, credits and bills
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers
  • Quote, Book in and monitor local and interstate freight 
  • Most aspects of accounts payable/receivable entering invoices, reconciling accounts for payment through Xero
  • Calling and emailing customers weekly for payment reminders
  • Processing and checking monthly commissions for sales rep
  • Processing solar rebates

  • Experience in all facets of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • Xero experience is favourable however training will be provided
  • Good time management skills
  • Reliable and punctual
