Qualifications and experience should include:

  • A Minimum of 5 years experience working in warehousing/logistics
  • At least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Current Forklift Licence (LF & LO), with proficiency on High Reach operations
  • Exposure to E-Commerce order fulfillment warehouse operations
  • An appreciation for warehouse automation and an ability to suggest innovations that converts manual, repetitive tasks in to automated processors
  • High level computer literacy with advanced Excel
  • Previous ADMIN level experience on a WMS/CRM
  • An exceptional grasp of warehouse SAFETY operations, protocols and KPIs
  • Qualification in warehousing/logistics will be highly regarded
  • Qualification or training in leadership/management operations also highly regarded
