Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Program Management capability and are now seeking interest from an experienced Infrastructure manager to join the team based at the Harold E.Holt facility in Exmouth. 

The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the direction, management and development of staff engaged in the delivery of the program. This includes the day-to-day coordination, management, planning, development and testing of the programs key performance indicators and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of assigned tasks within cost, schedule, quality and performance specification.
  • Assess, identify and manage program risks, issues and opportunities in accordance with the companys policies.
  • Develop and implement approaches, tools, templates and processes as well as identify and develop opportunities for improving project management techniques and procedures.
  • Actively manage subcontractors performance to ensure that they provide the level and quality of service contracted.
  • Work in close collaboration with other team leads, senior managers and discipline/functional leads regarding overall resource availability and competency to deliver outcomes effectively and efficiently.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Requires a University Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management or other relevant discipline with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience.
  • Requires understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritising, coaching and process execution.
  • Eligible for registration as a Registered Project Manager (RegPM) with Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) with accreditation to CPPM or higher.
  • Demonstrated success at handling multiple and complex lines of communication with the customer and stakeholders
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance
