Multistore Solutions is an importer, manufacturer and supplier of timber joinery products. Our products are sold all over the country via Australia's largest hardware retailer.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Administration / Receptionist.  The right candidate will need to be able to demonstrate skills in time management, multi tasking, customer interface  and enjoy performing a variety of office and admin functions.  These may include;

  • Front Desk Reception to customers and visitors
  • Scheduling and communicating with our Customers and Suppliers
  • Providing Customer Care and following up on Client engagements
  • Creating templates and writing procedures
  • Providing sales and invoicing support where required
  • General ad-hoc duties

Who are you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Exemplary skills in Word Processing, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Supportive customer interface and rapport development for visitors and customers
  • A high level of interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Maturity in managing sensitive information
  • And most importantly a positive can do attitude
