Admin Assistant

SA Building Pty Ltd is a building and maintenance company providing services throughout South Australia.

We are seeking an Administration Officer with MYOB experience to join our team in Lonsdale.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:-

  • Data entry of orders into company software
  • Processing of invoices
  • Record keeping
  • Management of email enquiries
  • Entering of invoices
  • Aged Receivables and Aged Payables
  • Payroll assistance
  • General administration duties including, filing and answering phones

The successful applicant will:

  • provide a high standard of office support
  • have a current knowledge of MYOB and payroll
  • accurately enter data and have a high attention to detail
  • have a positive attitude 
  • have excellent customer service skills
  • be organised and proactive
  • have the ability to communicate with a range of clients and trades
  • have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

 

Hourly rate and hours of work will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
