Customer Liaison Officer

The Customer Liaison Officer is responsible for providing values-based reception services to the centre and general public, as well as quality administration support for centre services, programs, events and activities. This includes: customer service, centre administration, marketing and communication and financial support.

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Strong communication skills, excellent instructional skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • It would be advantageous to have experience in administration of Adult Education and Further Community Programs.
  • Have previous experience in word processing, basic Excel, website maintenance and social media


  • 16 hours per week over 4 days in a not for profit organisation
  • We work under the Neighbourhood Houses and Adult Community Education Centres Award
