We are looking for an immaculately presented and cheerful administrator to own the reception space at our Hobart dealership.
About the role.
In this role, you will be the face of our dealership and the first point of contact both in-person and over the phone. You will be responsible for managing our reception area, welcoming guests, directing enquiries and a wide range of duties unique to the Automotive retail industry
You are committed to owning this role and your space in the dealership. You're bubbly, poised, capable, forward-thinking, highly organised, well-presented and have strong business acumen. While previous administration experience is advantageous, experience is not essential.
You can demonstrate that you have:
excellent written and oral communication skills
professional with a friendly and approachable personality
good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
capable of working in a team as well as individually and unsupervised
a professional phone manner
