As the Sales Enablement & Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining the tools, assets, resources, and support to the "Go-To Market" team in order to improve efficiency and success. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify gaps in available resources, and then work with the marketing team to ensure assets and strategies are aligned with the company vision. You will also work with the operations team to provide the necessary tools and services for the customer facing teams.
Your duties and responsibilities include;
Identify improvements to the sales collateral to enhance the messaging and communication.
Identify improvements to the sales processes and skills to support the solutions team and drive increased sales performance
Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify gaps in resources and training
Take responsibility for the proposals, and contract lifecycle, from initial draft, through to review, completion and storage.
Understand and evaluate the solutions staffs' key performance areas and provide recommendations for further individualised training and support to enhance their sales skills and processes.
Monitor and track individual progress and collect evidence of learning across the sales skill, sales processes, and product understanding, as per the Sale Onboarding programme.
Provide feedback and support to the salesperson onboarding process and adjust training requirements to meet their ongoing needs.
As the products develop, provide feedback on possible future enhancements to the product.
Assess and implement tools to facilitate the sales process
Ensures programs support the changing needs of the business and address new initiatives, with an emphasis on current trends and practices
Coordinate and validate training activities with process teams and subject matter experts
