A position exists for a switched on Payroll and Finance Officer in our main Administration office located in Cessnock. This is a permanent position being offered on either a full time or part time basis, for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Group Management Accountant, you will be required to coordinate and process fortnightly pays for 200 employees, prepare payroll related reports, reconcile payroll related payments (for example superannuation, tax and workers compensation), perform end of month reporting and perform other finance and/or HR related administrative tasks.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar payroll position. You will also have strong EBA interpretation experience, be autonomous in nature and a great team player. Experience using Care Systems is highly regarded.
It is essential that you hold, or are able to obtain a National Criminal Police Check and the 2020 influenza vaccination. A competitive salary with not for profit salary packaging, will be available to the successful candidate commensurate with skills and experience.
