Located at Milperra, Millenium Blinds NSW is an established window coverings business.
We are seeking to employ an Admin and Accounts Coordinator to join our busy team. This role will involve general office administration, bookkeeping and some sales support.
Your daily duties will include but not limited to:
* Customer service: incoming call and emails
* Managing bookings, customer follow ups
* Data Entry in MYOB : Invoices, orders, filing, payroll etc
* General office admin ; stationary, organise deliveries and mail
* General sales and showroom support when needed
Successful Candidate will need to:
* Have a confident and friendly phone manner
* Good MS office and computer skills
* MYOB experience is essential! Bookkeeping experience is welcomed
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Be Self Motivated and ability to work unsupervised
* Excellent customer service
* Have a willingness to learn
Reporting to the Business Owner, this role will suit an individual with office experience. Successful candidate will be a hard worker who is passionate about working in an office/factory environment, have great organisational skills and a positive can do approach to work!
