As the Product Lead, you will play a key leadership role in delivering three key pillars within the business:
1) Strategy and innovation 2) User experience 3) Insights and Monitoring to report to the organisation and identify an opportunity for innovation, extra sales oppotunity and marketing.
You will be required to manage a small team and have 2 direct reports. We expect that you will have a good understanding of what the retail and FMCG market is doing both internationally as well as direct national competitors. You will be up to date with the latest trends and emerging technology.
You will have been a Senior Product leading in an advertising or media and B2C environment
You have worked with an external agency and worked on more than one product or brand in your organisation and understand VOC and communications for each persona is different
You will have led a company strategy from end to end and created a strong go to market plan alongside sales and marketing
Your an excellent communicator and have incredible stakeholder management experience, this includes the ability to get the company to pivot its direction if needs be!
You love your customers and you want to make amazing products to help solve their problems and have the customer at the heart of everything you do!
You have clear evidence of driving growth and revenue in a product brought to market.
