Trainee in Administration

Quest Training Solutions is employing an Office Trainee in Administration for our busy but friendly Belconnen office. The successful applicant will also be trained in Business Administration Certificate level III. The position will begin in mid August 2020 and is for a one year term. 

Duties involve customer service, telephone answering, liaising with staff and general administration. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, writing/typing skills, excellent phone manner and an ability to work in Microsoft Word, Excel and client management systems as well as following office procedures.

This position is an entry level traineeship so will suit school leavers or those looking to start their career in administration. This position requires a Working With Vulnerable People Card.
