Customer Service Officer

Environ Pest Management are a small locally owned business that has been in operation in Townsville for the past 20+ years.  We have expanded our service and are currently seeking an Administrative Sales Professional with experience in a Service Industry to assist in office related duties which include but not limited to document processing, phones, job scheduling, coordinating. With the occasional visit with clients to develop new business opportunities. This role is full-time .

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
  • Providing estimates
  • Schedule services
  • Co-ordinating Resources
  • Process work orders & data entry
  • Business Development
  • Marketing

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven sales / customer service experience
  • The ability to identify new business opportunities and upsell services
  • Typing speed of 40wpm or above
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
  • MYOB experience essential

You will ideally have a minimum 2 years experience in a Customer Service or Administration Officer position.  Knowledge of the Pest Control Industry is not essential but will be highly regarded.

Certificate III in Business Administration qualification would be advantageous.
