About the Role
The commercial growth of the business has created the need for an experienced Account Manager to build and maintain strong Client relationships which provide an optimal environment for revenue growth - whilst at the same time maximising the outcome for Clients (from their acquisition focused performance marketing spends). This will be done by being the primary point of contact for all of Savings.com.aus existing and new clients.
Own the primary relationship with all Savings.com.au digital media Clients and ensure that their and Savings.com.aus commercial successes are inseparable
Take responsibility for the end to end execution of Clients campaigns including the facilitation of Ad Operations, Savings.com.au site and table CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), reporting, legal / insertion Orders and finance / billing.
Ensure that new Clients are onboarded in a manner which gives them ultimate confidence in their decision to invest their valuable advertising budgets with the Savings.com.au team
Provide ongoing detailed advice to Clients on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) activities for their own assets (eg. product info listed on the table, landing pages, forms, etc) to increase conversion rates
Keep clients updated on the success of their campaigns with succinct, easily accessible and relevant key reporting data
Work closely with Clients to solve the problems that occur with their campaigns (and take responsibility for these sometimes complex and multi-faceted efforts)
Have a strong knowledge of the market (brands, products, etc) that your Clients products compete in (eg. interest rates, rate movements, relative competitor campaign budget sizes / activity, etc.) to ensure that you can see it through their eyes
Collaborate with the Savings.com.au SEO Specialist and Content Team to ensure that audience volumes and quality are contributing to site CRO (to complement Client campaigns)
Ensure that all Client activities are produced in a manner which comply with Savings.com.aus Regulatory and Compliance framework in conjunction with FMGs Compliance staff
What were looking for.
A Digital specialist with commercial acumen, were after a proactive communicator (not afraid to pick up the phone) who is a strong problem solver
We also need someone who both understands and is comfortable working with numbers, is methodical, inquisitive and analytical and who has an attention to detail
Persistent and pragmatic, you will be a team player who is also capable of working under your own steam through a good attitude combined with strong organization and time management
We need a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Client facing and commercially focused digital role and ideally youd have a Business or Multi-media / e-commerce qualification
Its also important that you have a genuine interest in everyday finance and using smart digital optimisation to drive commercial outcomes for Clients
Strong awareness of digital success factors (CTRs, eCPCs & Yield) whilst an understanding of online comparison functionality (eg. tables) would be highly regarded
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) skills and a solid knowledge of Google Analytics would be highly regarded
Good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated track record of being able to put yourself in the shoes of your Client to ensure that they get what they aiming for.
