Core Electrical and Communications is a progressive and innovative company delivering electrical and communications services to both industrial and commercial based clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated Finance / Administration Support Officer to join our team at our office based in Pambula. This position will offer exposure to all areas of Finance / Administration division to help support our business.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday. We will consider part - time hours for the right candidate.
Payroll processing and related functions (including superannuation and payroll tax)
Accounts Payable; processing of invoices and credit notes
Preparation of end of month supplier reconciliations
Batching of payments and daily bank reconciliations
Assist with end of month balance sheet reconciliations
Statutory Reporting; including preparation of Business Activity Statement, Instalment Activity Statement and Payroll tax
Day to day office functions
Ad hoc duties to support the administration team as required.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 + years experience in a similar finance administration
Demonstrated computer skills in MS Excel, Xero or similar general ledger package
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints.
