MJM Consulting Engineers are seeking a Junior Administration Assistant to join our Wagga Wagga office for a period of 12 months or to undertake an Administration Traineeship.
This position would be ideal for a school leaver who is looking for full-time work over a gap year period. The role will entail providing administrative support to the administration staff and to other staff within the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of functions including, but not limited to, reception, directing phone calls and enquiries, scanning, filing, errands, lodging applications and information at Council, and maintaining stock and supplies. The ability to competently use Microsoft Office is essential.
The successful candidate will need to show initiative and be able to work diligently and independently, but also easily interact with others in a small to medium office environment. A drivers licence would be ideal but not essential.
