Milton Cooper Real Estate, a boutique Real Estate Agency that provides a professional and specialist service in commercial real estate and property management, and searching for the right person to take on some project work initially. 

Initially this would be a temporary role, working on a number of projects, however if suited, the position could be expanded and develop into a permanent full time position. 

Roles

  • Bookkeeping related duties
  • Personal assistant in Sales and Property Management
  • Record Keeping and Database management
  • Customer Service, answering phones and emails
  • General office administration tasks

Skills and Attributes

  • Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, or higher, desirable
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Excellent computing, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly

School leavers will be considered, high grades in Maths is essential.
