Milton Cooper Real Estate, a boutique Real Estate Agency that provides a professional and specialist service in commercial real estate and property management, and searching for the right person to take on some project work initially.
Initially this would be a temporary role, working on a number of projects, however if suited, the position could be expanded and develop into a permanent full time position.
Bookkeeping related duties
Personal assistant in Sales and Property Management
Record Keeping and Database management
Customer Service, answering phones and emails
General office administration tasks
Skills and Attributes
Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, or higher, desirable
Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Excellent computing, numeracy, and literacy skills
Microsoft Office knowledge
Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
School leavers will be considered, high grades in Maths is essential.
