Position Available - Junior Project Coordinator

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager and Management Team 
  • Organise and monitor the teams working on  projects in a supervisory role 
  • Conduct pathways inspections and risk assessments as required
  • Ensure milestones and deadlines of the project are met.
  • Ensuring OHS and Quality standards are met
  • Completion of site audits and completion reports
  • Attend meetings within the organisation
  • Facilitating the smooth progress of projects, (including stock orders, stock deliveries, deliverables etc)

This position would suit a hardworking and conscientious individual who is willing to travel with some exposure to the construction industry, an office administrator or Construction Undergraduate or a recent Graduate, looking for an entry position into construction.

Must be able to drive a manual vehicle.
