Administration Assistant

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and reliable Administration Assistant to join our team.  This role is responsible for the effective delivery of office and administrative functions and coordination of day to day delivery of Admin services.  You will need to ensure efficient support to the Accounting Officer and to the Managers and staff of several stores.

 

  • High-level administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word AND Excel
  • Sound knowledge of MYOB accounting
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Accounts payable
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able and willing to learn specialist computer systems  
  • Flexibility essential
  • Ability to cover holiday leave

 

Hours:  Minimum 10-20 hours per week approx 10am - 2pm.
