About the Role:

Due to exponential growth our client has a newly created position to join their team in W.A. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Processing customer orders
  • Coordinate and organise delivery of products (sales) from warehouses
  • Assist with the coordination and planning of production
  • Liaise with freight companies
  • Liaise with customers - distribution and clients, regarding deliveries
  • Liaise with SFS sales staff and management regarding deliveries
  • Manage Chep account

Essential skills and experience;

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with MYOB advanced (this is an ERP system) with mid-tier ERP experience e.g. SAP B1, Netsuite or similar.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with processing customer orders and coordinating logistics
  • A proactive individual who has a strong desire to understand the business
  • Sound Microsoft Office 365 skills including excel and outlook
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure the job is completed on time
