The Central Land Council (CLC) is a corporate Commonwealth entity established under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976. The CLC represents traditional landowners, native title holders and other Aboriginal people across the southern half of the Northern Territoryan area of almost 780,000 square kilometres.
The CLC provides its constituents with advice, advocacy and practical assistance to support their aspirations, manage their land and realise and protect their rights.
We are currently seeking a suitable qualified candidate for the following position:
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER HR008 ALICE SPRINGS
CL 2 CL 3 (Commencing at $50,259 progressing to $61,779)
This Aboriginal Identified position will provide administration support to the Human Resources (HR) section and the main reception of CLC. The HR section consists of HR, payroll, training and development and work health and safety, you will provide support to all functions as well the main back up to reception. The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Business/Business Administration or be willing to undertake the relevant training. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills and be committed to a highly operating team within the CLC.

Total effective package includes: base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, relocation assistance, annual airfare allowance and salary packaging options. Annual progression within the salary scale is subject to satisfactory performance. Progression is in accordance with annual increments set out in an enterprise agreement.
