Tasks & Responsibilities

-Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office

-Answer and direct incoming phone calls

-Be responsible for the presentation of the reception area

-Drive our social media strategy and development content 

-Handle and monitor each social media platform across our brand 

-Represent and communicate on behalf of Ray White Norwood across digital channels


Skills & Experience 

-Exceptional verbal and written communication

-High level of personal presentation and professionalism 

-Strict attention to detail, grammar and tone 

-Strong understanding of social media management tools and analytics

-Creative outlook with inspired content ideas  

-Prior reception and social media management experience is a benefit but personality is key
