Its expected you will already have had several years in a responsible role where youve provided first-class admin and organisational support to an HR function.
Ideally, this will have been a position of trust where your high level of integrity, understanding of privacy regulations and exemplary attention to detail have all played a major part in an all-round excellent performance.
An active listener, with well-honed problem solving and analytical skills, you bring strong MS Office capabilities, experience in document management, first-rate written communications and a set of social and interpersonal skills that enable you to liaise at all levels particularly in the higher strata.
You will be applying all of these skills and more in this role, as you take charge of each staff members HR cycle.
This of course begins with the initial recruitment - the job specification, advertising campaign, applicant acknowledgements, screening, shortlisting, resume and reference checking.
Once an appointment has been approved, you will walk beside the new incumbent through onboarding, performance appraisals, salary reviews and increases and considerably more.
